My art pieces

Peter and Me (14.5x10.5)

This drawing is to represent the Biblical story of Peter sinking in the water as he attempts to reach Jesus. I swapped places with Peter to represent that we all often struggle and sink in our battles, but we need to look for a source of Hope, which is Jesus.

Me in the Lions Den (15.5x12)

Sometimes we are put in situations out of our control and we shouldnt stress ourselves over something we cant necessarily fight, so we should put our trust in God.

Keep my lamp lit (14.5x10.5)

Our faith can waiver and this piece shows the importance of keeping it lit because without it, we are blind.

Romanticisizing False Hope (9x8.5)

People often put hope in a romantic partner over their relationship with Jesus, but there is false hope in putting all your heart in a relationship when they often end.

Me and Goliath (30x22)

There are many battles that tower over us and overwhelm us, but the Power of God is what carries me through. This really represents that I need to put trust in Him.

My finish line (15.5x12)

My inspiration was the Bible verse Romans5:3-4. Which talks about overcoming battles and that challenges shouldnt be seen as a punishment but room for growth in our character.

God's Serpent (15x12)

This represents family conflict and trying to fight through the battle with God by your side. Not to fight family with hatred, but to fight with Love.

Burning Bush (14x11)

I wanted to draw what I assumed the burning bush would be like. I wanted to show chaos and color contrast to really show how beautiful and powerfull God can be when he shows himself to you supernaturally. This really connects with me because sometimes I need to see Gods power to really drive me back to my foundation.

God's small pathway (14x11)

Life is overwhelming and putting trust in Him is what carries me through the mental battles of, "what if" and "when the time comes.." This stops my fear of the future but to look at what is happening now and focus on that.

My comforted Tears (6.5x6)

Crying is inevitable. But this piece represents the time when Jesus cried. This is showing me that it is okay to cry, so I drew me full of tears. I wanted to represent tears overwhelming me, so I drew water all over my face.

My Robotic Religion (11x16)

Sometimes if I say that I an a christian, they respond with, "so you cant have fun." But I wanted a piece that shows that fun is represented differently for me. I dont mingle with bad people or experiences, I find fun in my friends, family, and pets.

Power of Life and Death (9x12)

What we say holds more power than we know. When our words or rooted in hatred, our hearts will feel a subconsious burden and other people will carry your words to the grave. And when you speak words rooted in love, theres a kind of beauty that you experience and give to others.

Why do you smile? (12x9)

Someone once asked me, "why you do smile?" I knew it was because of my faith but I wad confused because I didnt know either. I thought about my past and how God has supported me through my pains and I wanted to draw Jesus helping my younger self.

Internal Conflict (14x11)

Life holds many battles and sometimes we try to go in the flow of everything but its still very stressful. I wanted this piece to represent the internal conflicts of trying to process and handle challenges on our own.

Self-Sabotaging Hatred

Hatred is something that can easily enter out hearts if we let it. When we let hatred infect our heart, it creates a subconcious burden that I have to carry. When I let Jesus in my life, love fills my life and removes the hatred from my heart
